New York State College Health Association
2010 ANNUAL MEETING
October 20-22, 2010 • Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel & Conference Center• Syracuse, New York
The New York State College Health Association (NYSCHA) holds an annual meeting in October every year. The annual meeting helps attendees stay abreast of current topics in college health and offers an excellent opportunity to network with colleagues in college health. Programs and speakers are chosen to meet the interests and needs of the many disciplines represented in college health. The NYSCHA Annual Meeting is designed for anyone with an interest in college health – physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, health educators, social workers, mental health professionals, administrators, clinical support staff, and students.
The NYSCHA 2010 Annual Meeting will be held October 20-22, 2010 at The Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel and Conference Center on the campus of Syracuse University. On Wednesday morning, attendees can participate in a pre-conference session or visit the exhibit hall, which will open at 10:00 a.m. The Annual Meeting officially opens with the luncheon at 11:45, followed by the keynote presentation. Seven sets of concurrent sessions will be scheduled throughout the Annual Meeting. Companies that provide services and products for college students and health services and non-profit organizations that specialize in services for students will be invited to exhibit on Wednesday and Thursday. The Annual Meeting concludes before lunch on Friday.

Some suggestions to consider include, but are not limited to:
- Hosting a food event (e.g., reception, luncheon, annual banquet)
- Assisting with printing expenses
- Providing conference bags or lunch bags
- Loaning an LCD projector to use on Wednesday and/or Thursday
We welcome your suggestions. If you would like to be a sponsor, please contact Linda Dudman, NYSCHA Conference Planner at ldudman@uhs.rochester.edu or (585) 273-5770 to discuss your interest.
